Our staff is having our annual Crooked Tree Christmas Party this Wed. Dec 12. We will be closing early at 6:00pm. We will miss seeing your faces but will be back in business at 6:00am Thursday morning.

Join us outside for grillin’ and live music. BYOMeat! Hang out with others who call Crooked Tree a second home. Share a good-time with friendly-faced employees and lovable regulars alike. Party starts at 6pm!
Also, inside the shop, we are hosting a Dallas Barista Throw-down. Feel free to watch as local barista’s throw down their best latte art! Throw-down starts at 7pm!

hey friends!
we’ve heard from a few people that they thought the previous post meant that we were closed for good.. this is not the case!
we are O P E N!
[we were only closed for that day to do a nice deep spring clean to this little old creaky house] not only that, we now have a beautiful brand new La Marzocco Linea MP espresso machine! and are also offering delicious cold brew ice coffee as well as a wider variety of pastries! ham/cheese biscuits, empanadas, muffins, and how about a cake ball in the evening with your coffee?

March 2 – Closing shop at 10am!!

Holy Critical Praise, Batman! Crooked Tree was named Best Coffeeshop in D Magazine’s “Best of Big D 2011″. We’re honored and humbled. The only thing that would make it better is an appearance by Best Athlete Dirk Nowitzki (hint, hint Dirk). Regardless, this is a great day for America!

We are proud to announce that the very talented, Kyle Steed will be showcasing his collection on our walls from January 22nd – March 4th, 2011!

The artwork will be up on January 22nd for your viewing pleasure, but if you want a meet and greet with the artist, come by the shop on January 29th at 7pm for the actual opening. The night will also include some therapy for your ears courtesy of Tim Coons.

It should be a night worth making time for. Come check it out!

We will be closed on Thanksgiving!
